Thank you for your interest in Forum Ready. Your use of this website is based on the following terms of service (TOS). Upon registration of your forum account, you agree to be bound by this agreement for the length of your forums existence with us, ForumReady.com.
Modification of these Terms of Service
At any time, Forum Ready may amend, or otherwise change the following agreement. We reserve the right to modify them without notice; however, you may access the terms of service at any time via our main website (ForumReady.com).
Privacy
We agree to respect your privacy, and will not sell or provide any information you provide us to outside entities, unless you are given advanced notice (at least one week) and agree to such terms.
Forum Ready Forum Hosting
By using Forum Ready Forum Hosting, you agree to be held by the terms and conditions of this agreement. First and foremost, we reserve the right to remove, deny access to, or disable your forum for any reason. Valid reasons are as follows: partial or full nudity, hateful speech, illegal acts, distribution of illegal content (software, music, art, movies, or other content that is illegally distributable), or anything else we, ForumReady.com, deem inappropriate.
Under some circumstances we will alert the authorities of illegal behavior, exploitation, libel or slander, discussion of stolen property, distribution of stolen property (this includes, but is not limited to, music, software, art, and movies), pornography, hate or terrorism, etc. It is the forum owner’s responsibility to moderate and report anything of the like nature to the ForumReady.com staff and local authorities.
Any malicious material including, but not limited to, code, viruses, worms, and Trojan horses is strictly prohibited.
Private Messages and Private Forums
Private messages and private forums are susceptible to search upon valid reasoning by forum members. The same rules that apply to basic hosting, also apply to these forums and messages.
ForumReady.com reserves the right to deny access to forums, accounts, websites, or any other material on our website.
Forum Ready Hosting General
ForumReady.com offers no guarantee of uptime and availability. If, for any reason, the server crashes, or otherwise fails, or the website is taken down for any reason, we cannot, and will not be held responsible.
Forum Transfers
Under some circumstances, we, ForumReady.com, will offer transfers to your server for your forum. Under these circumstances, we will charge a service fee for the transfer, and do the install on your new server. We are not responsible for issues that may arise from the transfer, either to your forum, server, or anything else. Deleted and/or disabled forums may, under our discretion, not be transferred. The transfer fee will be based on size of forum.
Advertisments and Copyrights on Free Forums
We reserve the right to advertise on your forum at anytime. These ads may not be removed for any reason what-so-ever. Deletion, or hiding of any kind, of the ads will result in your account being swiftly disabled or removed.
The copyright on your forum cannot be removed. Failure to abide by this will result in your account being disabled or removed.
